Assess the validity of a high performance damper
R53 are looking for supplier to produce an initial batch of components for a new race car damper.
The project to be completed by 31st March 2020
The Proposal
R53 are inviting organizations to produce the components for this race car damper and help improve our manufacturing design process
Small initial batch is required and further production batches will follow as well as spares.
Order value over £25,000
Quantities required:
-Batch 1: 10, 20 and 50 front and rear dampers
-Batch 2: 100, 200, 500 and 1000 front and rear dampers
Lead times requirements
-Batch 1: 5-6 weeks from purchase order
-Batch 2: 6-8 weeks from purchase order
Cost and Payment
Payments will be made as per R53 purchase T&C’s 30 days from parts delivery.
Criteria for choosing Supplier
-Timescale to complete (40%) -Quality assurance (40%) -Ability to deliver all parts of the project (20%)
